About Rose

Welcome to my blog!  I’m here to document my ride through life.   I’ve recently come to the realization that it all (emotional stuff) has to come out, it’s just a matter of time. So I am allowing myself full access to all of the emotions so that I can begin to move towards a life of fullness.  I’m hoping that this turns into a freeing form of expression to enrich my life, and hopefully I’ll connect with all of you who are also searching for something soothe your souls.

About  a month ago I stumbled across a life coach on the web.  I had been feeling like I could use some help, or some guidance for years, and something about this appealed to me.  So,  I started emailing her, and got the process started.  I started reading books that her coaching methods were based on, and my life has been changed in a way that is hard to describe.  But, I’m going to try.  This blog is an outlet for me, but it’s also meant to chronicle my journey from a state of constant yearning and foggy unconscious behaviours to a life that is fun, joyful, and meaningful.   I’m going to talk about stuff that many people who see me almost daily don’t  know is going on in my head.  When things are down for me, I will no longer be afraid to walk through the emotions.  And I’m going to tell you exactly what I’m going through.  It’s time to let it all hang out.  Although my life internally has changed dramatically, the external has yet to manifest.  And those are the goods that you get to observe as I take one terrified step at a time towards my true path.  New career?  It’s very possible.  New man?  How about we start with A man.  New home?  Inevitable.  Some scary stuff, but I’m going to do it anyway.  Watch me.

    Hi Rose,

Im the fellow winnipegger from Katie Byron’s site, I love your blog. I love you putting yourself out there like this, its great. I was in Costa Rica for a year and a half, and though it was a stressful time for me, I did love the country. Homes come and go, careers are something to do, and men are easy to come by, especially when your as gorgeous as you are. I look forward to reading more of your journey’s, life is one really crazy ride, you never know where it’s going to take you.

    sincerely David
